"One hundred years from now, as people look back on
our use of this continent, we shall not be praised for our
reckless use of its oil, nor the loss of our forests;
we shall be heartily damned for all these things.
But we may take comfort in the knowledge that we
shall certainly be thanked for the national parks."

~Secretary of the Interior Ray Lyman Wilbur, 1931

"'I've been everywhere, man...."

These are all places I have been--not just stopped over in the airport. The minimum stay is driving through. A couple states are arguable: I don't think I even stopped to go to the bathroom in Iowa. Some stays are silly--I stopped in one minor town during a road trip just to spend the night. I consider staying in a Comfort Inn the same as stopping in an airport unless you turn go out to dinner locally or something.
